By entering the Legacy Roofing Services 2025 Cleveland Guardians Ticket Giveaway (the “Contest”), each participant (“Entrant”) fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Legacy Roofing Services (the “Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

1. SPONSOR

Legacy Roofing Services (“Sponsor”) is the official sponsor and administrator of this Contest. The Cleveland Guardians, Major League Baseball (“MLB”), and their respective affiliates are neither sponsors of nor affiliated with this Contest.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Age and Residency: The Contest is open only to legal residents of the State of Ohio, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Exclusions: Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies, contractors, and any other companies associated with the design or execution of this Contest, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate or win.

Legal Compliance: The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

3. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins on February 24, 2025 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 8, 2025 at 9:00 AM ET (the “Contest Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Entry Method: To enter, follow the instructions provided by the Sponsor as specified in the Contest announcement).

Limit: One (1) entry per eligible person. Duplicate entries will be discarded.

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is required to enter or win. A purchase does not improve chances of winning.

5. PRIZE

Description: The prize(s) consists of tickets to two (2) Cleveland Guardians games taking place during the 2025 season. Specific dates, seat locations, and number of tickets will be outlined in the official Contest announcement or notified to the winner. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is dependent on game dates and seat locations, but will be disclosed in the Contest announcement.

Prize Limitations:

The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

If for any reason the selected game(s) are postponed, canceled, or otherwise not held for any reason, Sponsor will not be responsible for any reimbursement or additional prize substitution.

Any and all prize-related expenses, including but not limited to travel, parking, lodging, taxes (including income and withholding taxes), and fees or surcharges, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS OF WINNING

Selection: One (1) or more winners (as stated in the Contest announcement) will be selected via random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee on or about one week prior to the game days.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Notification: The potential winner(s) will be notified by email, phone, or social media (depending on the entry method) within five (5) business days after the drawing.

Response Time: The potential winner(s) must respond to the Sponsor’s notification within the timeframe indicated in the notification (typically 48–72 hours). Failure to respond in a timely manner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Validation: Before being confirmed as a winner, the potential winner(s) may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release (collectively, “Release Documents”) within the time period specified by Sponsor. If a potential winner fails to execute and return the Release Documents within the specified time, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, that potential winner shall be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Contest and/or accepting any prize, each Entrant grants to the Sponsor and its designees the irrevocable right and license to use the Entrant’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, biographical information, and city and state address in all forms of media, in perpetuity and worldwide, without notice or further compensation, for any purpose, including without limitation, advertising and promotional purposes.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Release of Liability: By entering, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, Contest judges, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize, including property damage, personal injury, or death.

Cancellation/Modification: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, for any reason including, without limitation, fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.

Disqualification: Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal court located in the State of Ohio. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

10. PRIVACY

Any personally identifiable information collected during an Entrant’s participation in the Contest will be collected by Sponsor and used by Sponsor and its agents for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Contest, as described in these Official Rules, and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, if applicable.

11. WINNERS

For the name(s) of the winner(s), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to [Sponsor’s Address] within thirty (30) days following the end of the Contest Period.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between Sponsor and Entrants concerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written concerning the Contest. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Official Rules and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Cleveland Guardians or Major League Baseball, its teams, or its affiliates.
